Organizing, operating, and managing the Design Department for Real Estate projects.

Being responsible for managing and implementing architectural design dossiers for projects from the Conceptual Design phase to the Construction Drawing Design and author supervision during the construction process.

Participating in coordinating the Interior, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, Landscape, and Transportation Infrastructure disciplines to implement according to the design plan of the projects.

Acting as the principal in working with the Investor and Consultants in deploying the design work for the projects.

Principally establishing and controlling the overall and detailed design plan of the project. Assigning and managing personnel within the group, being responsible for controlling the work efficiency of the group.

Periodically reporting results to the Department Leadership.

1. Professional Qualifications: University degree or higher - Major in Architectural Design.

2. Experience: Over 08 years of experience working in the field of design consulting at Consulting - Design Companies/Corporations in the field of Construction Investment, including over 03 years in the position of Principal Architect, managing the design of Grade 1 projects such as: complexes, 5-star hotels and above...

3. Age, Health: From 32 to 38 years old, Good health.

4. Work Attitude: Positive, honest, upright, exemplary work attitude and high sense of responsibility.

5. Leadership and Management  Capacity:  Knowing how to think scientifically and logically to pose and solve problems. Thinking and acting correctly, impartially, and generously. Deploying the structure, functions, organizational charts, and responsibilities of positions at the unit. Having the ability to control implementation and ensure compliance with system management regulations and processes at the unit. Having the ability to manage, coordinate & train professional skills, and develop personnel.

6. Professional Competence (Profession, Skills): Having a practicing certificate in Architectural Design; Personnel having a good grasp of architectural design regulations, understanding design standards and codes; Design orientation, preparation of design tasks, preparation of dossiers for design phases; Having good design thinking and aesthetics. Having a basic knowledge of Structural, Mechanical & Electrical systems. Having the ability to coordinate related disciplines. Foreign language: Good English (including specialized English), having the ability to present design options in English. Computer skills: Proficient in specialized design software (3Dsmax, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Revit, Render Vray, MS Project...)
