Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic staff planning, human resources plans and policies according to personnel compositions.
- Managing headcount, tracking recruitment planning for departments, BU.
- Compilating and implement personnel standard of framework.
- Manage conducting policies of salary, reward, benefits according to personnel compositions.
Tiêu chí, tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related fields;
- Have 1 - 3 years of experience in HR, as well as working knowledge of HRBP, recruitment,...;
- Have strong planning and organizing skills with attention to detail and accuracy; demonstrate the ability to work fairly, independently in planning and managing projects;
- Show strong initiative, exercise sound judgment, and take appropriate action when necessary;
- Have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets… processing;
- Have effective oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills;
- Have a good command of English.
